Acute Clinical Management

Advanced Clinical Hypervisory Technology
for critical medical care

Get Started

Streamline your clinical logistics to optimize your patients progression based on real-time clinical evidence.

Integrating data from your existing care management and HIS systems ( EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, SIEMENS) drives a coordinated logic ensuring the right care is being delivered at optimal efficiency and efficacy.

peRx's cloud technology delivers clinical care hyper-visor service that implements a platform, synchronizing all your clinical and operational systems via an Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure (AI-i), that predicts and prevents clinical resource conflicts and collisions.

Care delivery innovation that improves clinical outcomes

Clinicians are provided real time data that anticipate care deviation and react proactively to important clinical variances

Simplify the data to make it easily consumable

Complex data streams are made easy to interpret with simple dashboards and critical notifications. Quicker awareness means quicker clinical improvments.

Build consistency in your care practices

Standardization enhances quality safety and efficiency. PeRx provides embedded clinical pathways that self monitor for variations and report critical events in real time

Reduce Clinical Errors and Patient harm events by 16% and improve quality metrics by 9%.

Clinicians are provided real time data that anticipate care deviation and react proactively to important clinical variances

Improve OE Ratio by reducing the inpatient geometric mean length of stay (GMLOS) by 22%

Complex data streams are made easy to interpret with simple dashboards and critical notifications

Improve DRG reimbursement rates by 6.2% and reduce case costs by 8.6%

Standardization enhances quality safety and efficiency. PeRx provides embedded clinical pathways that self monitor for variations and report critical events in real time

Technology and clinical expertise combine to transform your organizations clinical and financial performance

We help healthcare systems and organizations address their operational data management challenges while increasing the applicative value of their data through the use of a medical hypervisor superstructure and a cloud based artificial intelligence post processing engine.

PCh is a cloud delivered, clinical care hyper-visor that synchronizes all your clinical and operational systems via an Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure (AI-i) that predicts and prevents, clinical, logistical resource conflicts and collisions.

We leverage the full power of your "best of breed" or single shop clinical systems by integrating their impact on clinical outcome rather than only their observational data. We align all your data to support your clinical objectives and maximize operational efficiency.

We provide artificial intelligence technology that uses a standardized medical plan as a map to compare to the actual are that the patient receives to identify when the patients micro-outcomes are not tracking as expected apply predictive model to recommend corrective clinical measures remediate the deviations and reduce medical progression anomalies.

peRx Core

On prem engine and all interfaces to key clinical systems including, clinical documentation, physician order entry, result reporting and lab systems, diagnostic imaging, and ADT management

peRx Care Hypervisor

PCM is a cloud delivered clinical care hyper-visor that synchronizes all your clinical and operational systems via an Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure (AI-i) that predicts and prevents, clinical, logistical resource conflicts and collisions.

Clinical Specialty Modules

peRx provides focused clinical management by (CMS) DRG major categories of care. These modules support fully automated critical care pathways for each DRG with evidence based and optimized.

Cardiology

peRx AI is helping augment cardiologists and medical imaging.

GE Healthcare Vscan is a commercially available AI Driven automated ejection fraction (EF)calculations for point-of-care ultrasound systems (POCUS). Premium cardiac ultrasound systems like the Philips Epiq also use AI to automatically identify the anatomy, segment, label it, identify the optimal echo views and perform automatic measurements before the physician begins to read the case. peRx now offers AI-automated calcium scoring software for cardiac CT scans, peRx helps in creating the report quantification information in seconds and color coding the calcium by vessel segment on the dataset slices.

Neurology

peRx has perfected methods to automate the acquisition of the clinical Neurophysiological parameters, such as sensitivity to demyelination and the strength of excitatory and inhibitory synaptic interactions in the cerebral cortex, can be identified through TMS in patients affected by MS.

These objective parameters can be correlated with the progression of disease and provide reliable indices for the severity of illness and the efficacy of drugs used to treat MS in clinical trials. Direct realtime reporting and tracking mechanisms from a variety of vendors is available.

Oncology

In 2003, when scientists successfully mapped the human genome, personalized therapy based on a patient’s genetic information has become the holy grail of cancer treatment. Where once doctors depended on chemotherapy, surgery and radiation, now it is possible to have the peRx Hypervisor AI analyze the DNA of a person’s tumor and use therapies designed to target the specific mutations found. In addition, by analyzing the person’s individual DNA, peRx help physicians identify mutations that put that person at high risk for certain kinds of cancer. They then can be placed on screening and treatment protocols aimed at prevention.

Orthopedics

Biologics are area of orthopedic advancement in which peRx has invested widely. We are working to develop system the process data from exosome research, Exosomes are types of biologics that would deliver specialized treatments into joints and soft tissues and make them usable by our bodies. If successful these types of treatments may allow some patients to forego surgeries and heal without it.

There are also technological advances in the diagnostic equipment that we use every day. We interface to flouroscan portable xray machines now that fit in a suitcase-sized container and can be taken right on to the athletic field or training room for immediate diagnosis of fractures and dislocations. From CT scans to MRIs, all of these technologies are being made smaller so we can do more in the office much more rapidly. There are even CT scans now that we can use in real-time to look at the bones and joints while we move them. This allows for a more functional diagnosis in less time.

Emergency Medicine

Artificial Intelligence saving time and lives.

Home injuries, natural disasters, car crashes: every second spent without treatment following onemof these accidents or medical emergencies could seriously reduce the chance of a proper recovery or survival. When deprived of oxygen, in fact, irreversible brain damage begins after just four minutes, and 4-6 minutes later, death can occur. Digital healthcare technologies can help in this race against time. By turning the patient into the point of care, these technologies could be real game-changers for emergency units and first responders.
